Hi, I’m Betty! I’m excited to share a bit of the winding, wonderful journey that brought me here.
For many years, becoming an artist felt like a dream that belonged somewhere in the distance. Growing up, financial security was always important, and I learned early on to choose a path that felt practical and stable. While painting was something I loved, pursuing art didn’t seem like a realistic option at the time. Instead, I followed my curiosity for creativity in another direction, studying marketing, advertising, and graphic design before building a career in the corporate world.
Nearly 20 years later, I found my way back to painting and I’m so grateful I did. Looking back, I wouldn’t change a single step of the journey. Those years gave me so much more than business experience; they deepened my love for creativity, storytelling, design, and the power of bringing an idea to life. They also gave me the confidence and courage to create something meaningful and share it with the world.
Today, I create original handmade abstract paintings that are transformed into a fine art canvas prints for your space. Every piece reflects my love for colour, texture, and the simple joy of bringing an idea to life.
