Every piece is made to order through my trusted production partners. Because products are printed and fulfilled by different facilities, shipping times may vary depending on the items in your order.

I currently ship within Canada and the United States only. If you’re located elsewhere and there’s a print you’d love to own, please contact me. I’ll see what I can do to make it happen.

All prints are made to order.

Production begins 12 hours after your order is placed and payment has been confirmed. Production times vary depending on the product, size, frame type, and the production facility fulfilling your order.

Estimated production times:

• Most orders: 1-2 business days
• Some orders: 4-7 business days

Please note that production times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been produced and shipped. After your package leaves the production facility, I’ll send you tracking information when available so you can follow its journey.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3-10 business days
• United States: 3-10 business days

These destinations may require an additional 7-12 business days for delivery:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico

While I do my best, along with my production partners, to get every order to you as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

• Shipping carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Customs inspections
• High shipping volumes
• Other unforeseen events

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

If your order contains products fulfilled by different production partners, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment whenever available.

House of Badia offers free shipping on orders over $120, which will be applied automatically at checkout.

For orders under the threshold, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination and the products in your order. Each print requires its own packaging and handling, so adding additional prints may increase the overall shipping cost due to the added weight and size of the shipment.

How shipping costs are calculated

• The first print pays the standard shipping rate.
• Each additional print is charged a reduced shipping fee.

Note: The additional shipping fee per extra print is lower than shipping each print separately. Ordering multiple prints in one order always gives you a better rate.

Exception: Rolled fine art paper prints

Rolled (unframed) fine art paper prints do not incur additional shipping charges. You can order multiple rolled paper prints and pay the base shipping rate only once, as they can be safely packaged together in a single shipping tube.

Mixed orders (framed and rolled prints)

If your order includes both framed prints and rolled paper prints:

• Framed prints are subject to additional shipping charges.
• Rolled paper prints ship at no additional cost.

I work with production partners in strategically located facilities to help get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Producing items closer to their final destination helps reduce shipping times, lower delivery costs, and improve the overall delivery experience.

Orders produced and delivered within the same country are generally not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

Canvas prints are produced in Canada and the United States, while fine art poster prints are produced in the United States and Denmark. For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

At House of Badia, every print is made to order. This means your piece is created specifically for you. Production begins 12 hours after payment is received, so I’m often unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request, but I can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If production hasn’t started yet, I may be able to update your shipping address. However, once production begins, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

If you notice an error, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to help.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Please see my Refunds & Replacements policy for details and required documentation.
